Fee per Notary Signature/Stamp

General Notarization Services

$2 per notarial act/stamp. This is capped by Statutory law. Travel & other fees are separate

Example: If your document(s) required your signature in three different places for me to stamp, then $6 will be invoiced PLUS the travel, administrative, and any other fees that are billed separately. · 

Jurat (oath)

$2 per notarial act/signature. This is capped by Statutory law. Travel or other fees are separate

This is required for sworn statements of fact and depositions

Acknowledgement

$2 per notarial act/signature. This is capped by Statutory law. Travel or other fees are separate

You must acknowledge that you signed the document for its intended purpose..

I-9 Verification for Employer Requirements

$25 plus a travel fee

An I-9 form is a federal employment eligibility verification document used in the United States to confirm that a person is legally authorized to work in the country.

Witness Fee (if provided by Major Matters Notary Service)

$40 (plus a travel fee)

You have the option to provide a witness of your own at no additional fee. Your own witness must have valid ID to present and meet other criteria set by the State of Georgia.

Late fee

$15 per every additional 15 minutes

If you've booked a time to meet up somewhere outside of your home, then a 15-minute wait time/grace period will be granted. 


However, AFTER the first 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time has passed, then $15 will be invoiced for every additional 15 minutes of waiting time.

Example: Your scheduled time was booked for 2 p.m. Your arrival time was 2:30. 

$15 will be invoiced to you.
