To ensure availability, an appointment that's booked 24 to 48 hours ahead is preferred. Same-day or after business hours might be able to be accommodated if the calendar is open. A convenience fee will be billed for after business hours (before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. Mon-Fri) notarizations. Please call or send a message through the site to check availability for a same-day notarization or after business hours.

I am permitted to describe the content of your document (to a limited degree) to ensure it is complete before I notarize it. However, I am not authorized to explain why or what it means legally. A notary's primary role is to verify your identity, witness your signature, administer oaths/affirmations, and other fraud-prevention tasks.

There are situations where a customer will need to take an oath or affirmation verbally. An oath is a solemn pledge to a Supreme Being whereas an affirmation is a pledge on your personal honor. You have the choice to decide which one you prefer to make if the situation calls for it.
Some states authorize their notaries to conduct remote online notarizations (RON). However, a notary in the State of Georgia is not permitted by law to conduct one.
