- Accountable for your protection and mine: I carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance to protect against professional mistakes that could happen
- Confidential by protecting your sensitive and personal information. I record each notarial act (this is statutory law), secure my notary journal, and never discuss specific notarizations with anyone or on social media
- Thorough: I pay close attention to detail and don't do 'rush jobs' that could result in mistakes
