If you've booked a time to meet up somewhere outside of your home, then a 15-minute wait time/grace period will be granted.
However, AFTER the first 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time has passed, then $15 will be invoiced for every additional 15 minutes of waiting time.
Example: Your scheduled time was booked for 2 p.m. Your arrival time was 2:30.
$15 will be invoiced to you.
